As Nightide gathers on the edge of winter, TARRA Queenscliff invites you to begin the evening with a feast made for the season. Created in collaboration with Mike Jaques, Executive Chef of TARRA, and Casey Hildebrand, Owner and Head Chef of Wildfire Craft BBQ, this one-off dining experience brings together fire, smoke, sea and slow winter indulgence in a menu shaped to suit the mood of Creatures of the Deep.

Held on Saturday 20 June from 2pm to 5pm, the Solstice Feast is a warming, generous celebration of bold flavour and dark seasonal atmosphere. Expect oysters, smoked mussels and surf and turf sliders to open, before moving into dishes like kinilaw with lightly cured tuna, burnt pineapple and smoked coconut, then a feast of charred octopus, whole pig head, smoked bone marrow, fried kipflers and more, all closing with smoked chocolate cake, caramel and ice cream.

This is not just lunch before the festival. It is part of the ritual. A rich, fire-led dining experience that leans into the strange beauty and winter energy of Nightide before the night unfolds outside.
