Nightide's festival site is accessible from entry to bonfire — accessible bathrooms, ramp access across the grounds, and a dedicated boardwalk viewing area for the bonfire and fireworks.
Getting around the site
- Accessible bathrooms — located near the main entrance/exit points, marked with wheelchair signage.
- Ramp access — pathways across the festival grounds are ramped; no stairs between entry points, stalls, the marquee, and viewing areas.
- First aid — based in the main ferry terminal.
Boardwalk viewing (bonfire & fireworks)
A dedicated accessible viewing area runs along the boardwalk near Siren's Grotto, right where the bonfires and fireworks happen. It's flat and ramped, built to take wheelchairs, walkers and prams without needing to cross sand or gravel. Look for the wheelchair symbol on the boardwalk.
Getting there — transport & parking
- Ferry — Searoad Ferries offers accessible travel between Sorrento and Queenscliff. If arriving by car, notify the team ahead for parking with close access to the lift to the upper decks; boarding support, including a wheelchair, can also be provided.
- Parking — Parking within the Borough of Queenscliffe is free, though restrictions do apply, and the Borough has designated disabled parking bays alongside its time-restricted parking areas.
- Bus — Local bus route 56 runs between Queenscliff and Geelong Station.
- Taxi — Geelong Taxi Service | Cruising Cabs runs 24/7 across the Bellarine Peninsula, including Queenscliff — (03) 7066 3000.

Emergency services
On-site first aid is based in the main ferry terminal. The nearest hospital emergency department is University Hospital Geelong (Barwon Health), 272–322 Ryrie Street, Geelong — open 24 hours.
